• 6 Free Blue Sky Replacements (If weather isn’t cooperating)

• Free Photo Delivery within 24 hours of site visit (most jobs same night)

Aerial Photography

Licensed, Legal & Insured. FAA Certified sUAS Pilot

Aerial Photography Shoots include:

• 10-15 High Resolution Images Delivered

• Aerial Views of Property

• Property Boundary Lines available for an additional fee

Twilight Photography

Twilight Photography is available to help draw in potential home buyers with an impressive first image.

Shot during the ‘golden hour’ right around sunset.

Twilight Photography Shoots include:

• Up to 2 Photos delivered (front and back)

• Sunset Sky replacements when required

Floorplans

Floorplans are a great way to show off a birds-eye-view and layout of a property.

All Floorplans include:

• Room Labels & Dimensions

• Cabinets/Countertops/Door and Window locations etc..

All Photography Jobs include 24 hour turn-around.

Cancellations/Reschedules are subject to a $50 fee within 24 hours of originally scheduled appointment, and a $100 fee for on-site and same day cancellations.

No Mileage fees within 25 miles of office - this is an estimate (see map below). $1/mile charged outside travel radius. Mileage is charged as the car drives, not as the bird flies.

Copyright to Real Estate Photos is retained by Ryan Halsey Photography. You are granted a single and limited use license for the photos upon job delivery, for your marketing of the property. Photographs are not to be distributed to another person (excepting administrative assistants), company or entity for any other purpose without written consent by Ryan Halsey, Photographer of Ryan Halsey Photography. This includes distributing of photographs to stagers, interior designers, builders, or homeowners. A separate license may be obtained for use of the photos by reaching out to Ryan Halsey Photography.

Invoices left unpaid after 30 days are subject to a $25 late fee, that will be added every 30 days thereafter until payment is received.
