I offer two types of virtual tours. Zillow 3D Home and a Premium Virtual Tour. Zillow 3D Home tours are quicker, relatively inexpensive and basic. The Premium Virtual Tour offered has higher resolution and higher quality imagery, a more user friendly experience, and 3D dollhouse capability.

Video Tours

This day and age, a quick video tour can be the fastest way for a potential home buyer to get a lay of the land. Easily shareable to your sphere of influence.

  • Expanded description of the property (not limited to a certain amount of characters)

  • Can be used as your ‘virtual tour’ link in the MLS

All Photography Jobs include 24 hour turn-around.

Cancellations/Reschedules are subject to a $50 fee within 24 hours of originally scheduled appointment, and a $100 fee for on-site and same day cancellations.

Copyright to Real Estate Photos is retained by Ryan Halsey Photography. You are granted a single and limited use license for the photos upon job delivery, for your marketing of the property. Photographs are not to be distributed to another person (excepting administrative assistants), company or entity for any other purpose without written consent by Ryan Halsey, Photographer of Ryan Halsey Photography. This includes distributing of photographs to stagers, interior designers, builders, or homeowners. A separate license may be obtained for use of the photos by reaching out to Ryan Halsey Photography.

Invoices left unpaid after 30 days are subject to a $25 late fee, that will be added every 30 days thereafter until payment is received.

No Mileage fees within 25 miles of office - this is an estimate (see map below). $1/mile charged outside travel radius. Mileage is charged as the car drives, not as the bird flies.
